Vivienne Westwood introduce seven-year-olds in fashion world

vivienne westwood introduce seven year olds in fashion weekEveryone just loved the prints on Vivienne Westwood collection showed in Paris Fashion week. But the fact is, that it was not print, but the paintings made by seven-year-old school children. The dame requested over 40 children, from year three of the Portland school in Nottingham, to paint the pictures of bugs, plants and snakes on her entire new collection and the result was this fabulous collection.

Out of the 41 school children, two were invited in the show with their teacher. Phoebe Ackroyd and Euan Bonser were sitting on the front row, with their teacher Madeleine Bell, at the sides of celebrities like Kanye West. The 25-year-old school teacher said that, Vivienne Westwood came to know about the children after she told her students to write letters to her, while teaching them about fashion.  Bell herself has studied fashion, and is a big fan of Vivienne Westwood. However, the children, who played an important role in making Vivienne Westood’s fabulous collection, were themselves dressed in school’s green sweatshirt and grey trousers. Little Phoebe was so impressed with beautiful clothes and models, that she has decided to become a model when she grows up. The Fashion show was based on the fantasy of people living in a jungle on the natural resources. Vivienne Westwood is known for her innovative ideas in the fashion world. In London Fashion Week she made her models walk the ramp carry placards protesting for the rights of the prisoners at the Guantanamo bay.
