Milan Fashion Week
Well the organizers of Milan Fashion Week have taken a decision of course for the benefit of the media persons and world press. The Italian organizers have postponed the dates of Milan Fashion Week by two days. This means that now Milan Fashion Week will end right a day before the Paris Fashion Show start. The Milan Fashion Week will now start on February 16 and end on February 23. The shows in Paris start on February 24 and will continue till March 2. The Italian explain that they are doing this for the welfare of the media and the press so that they can get continues coverage on the two major fashion events of the year without any major gap. But what they have not realized is that media and press, for whose sake they have taken this move allegedly, will have very little time to rush to one country from another in a day and settle there. In fact there is a risk of media persons missing on the last days of Milan Fashion Week and first few days of Paris Fashion week. Those who will wait to cover the last event of the Milan Fashion week will probably miss on the first few days of the Paris Fashion week and those who would rush to Paris to attend the first show will miss the last few shows in Milan. Not only press but the buyers will also miss some shows on one or the other side. But the people who will suffer the most in all this hassle are the designers who will probably loose some of their buyers or the coverage which they deserved.
